Our Classic Kinsale Sights and Surrounds Tour meets you in Kinsale and takes you the outskirts of the town on a 2 hour experience with stunning scenery, historical sights and fascinating stories that complete any visit to the town of Kinsale.

This is a cultural chauffeured experience with a local driver guide taking you through some beautiful towns and immersing you in the natural environments of the Wild Atlantic Way. As a private chauffeur experience, your driver guide can tailor the tour to suit you and offer flexibility where possible within the area of Kinsale.

We generally run tours at 09.30hrs, 12hrs and 14.30hrs but can schedule to suit your needs. All our tours are private tours and need to be prebooked in advance by email or phone.

Tours are in a limousine sedan vehicle so are ideal for 2 to 3 passengers comfortably.

Layers of Clothing - Some areas are exposed and open to the elements so we always recommend to layer up, have a wind sheet or rain coat just in case.

What to bring along

Comfortable Footwear - Although one can stay on firm ground, there are a few places where good footwear can give you a little more access to stunning sights. If you have good footwear, great, if you don't, no need to worry.

A positive sense of adventure :) - Stops are only suggestions and are not mandatory. Theres plenty to see and do in 2 hours should the elements not be in our favour so come along and see all Kinsale has to offer!

What stops to expect

Old Head of Kinsale. The Old Head of Kinsale is a striking peninsula, renowned for its dramatic cliffs, scenic landscapes, and historical significance, offering breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and rich maritime heritage.

Stop Duration 10 minutes

Sandycove. Sandycove is a charming little hamlet near Kinsale, facing a picturesque island, a swimming hotspot for locals with vibrant marine life, and a tranquil atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and exploration.

Stop duration 5 minutes. Admission Ticket Free

Ringfinnan Garden of Rememberance. This wonderful garden is dedicated to those firefighters who lost their lives in 9/11. This is a beautiful and very peaceful location, overlooking the Bandon River where a tree has been planted for each person who went beyond the call of duty.

Stop duration 10 minutes. No Admission Free, donations to the garden welcome.

Charles Fort (Pass By)

This star shaped fort offers stunning views over the countryside and old head peninsula as well as Kinsale town itself.
